On Sunday 24th September 2017, during Blood Cancer Awareness Month in the heart of Birmingham, over 700 cyclists representing Cure Leukaemia will line up to start their unforgettable 100 mile route on completely closed roads, taking them through the picturesque Worcestershire and Herefordshire countryside before returning to Birmingham.
Mercato Solutions are supporting the Cure Leukaemia organisation in its mission by sponsoring the event, and members of staff from Mercato Solutions will be joining the other cyclists in their quest.
All funds raised for Cure Leukaemia from Velo Birmingham will go towards the charity's £1 million appeal to fund the centre's expansion which will double its capacity for patients, pioneering clinical trials and specialist research nurses.
