How ITelligence works

The tool has a list based workflow allowing a user to create lists of procurement requirements, for instance a list for a regular monthly supplies requirement could be built or perhaps a specific project based list.

The user is able to enter the current price that they are getting from their regular suppliers. The tool will then populate the lists with current distribution pricing, showing the user how much over the cost price they are currently paying. This enables the user to negotiate future suppliers from a position of strength.

If the list is for a new project or involves IT product that has not been purchased before, the user can search ITelligence's extensive product catalogue of branded IT products. This catalogue is updated on a daily basis with new products being added and End of Life (EOL) products being flagged and eventually removed.

The system will even generate an email to selected suppliers requesting a quote for your selected products. (Click to enlarge)

Once a list is built the user can generate a request for a quote from one or more of their approved suppliers. Individual line items from the same list can be sent to different suppliers.
